From there, the Marc Jacobs label was born, and Jacobs became the youngest designer to receive the Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent.

After expanding his brand across women’s and men’s fashion wear, the first of Marc Jacobs perfumes was unveiled. Described as “luxuriously simple,” Marc Jacobs perfume remains true to his high quality brand. Since then, a number of other Marc Jacobs perfumes and colognes have been added to his simple yet elegant fragrance line.
