Gabrielle Bonheur “Coco” Chanel, a world-famous fashion designer and founder of the House of Chanel, launched what was the start of the Chanel perfume line back in 1921. Her first scent, Chanel No. 5, became the most recognised women’s perfume of all time. Next came Chanel’s first men’s fragrance, Pour Monsieur.

After Coco Chanel’s death in 1971, Karl Lagerfeld, Artistic Director of Chanel Fashion, went on to honour the late fashionista with the release of a new Chanel perfume called “Coco.” Over the years, Chanel has added a wide selection of perfumes as elegant and sophisticated as their fashions.
